Calculator inputs and results
The mortgage planner performs calculations in your browser and does not require an account. The application does not send your entered mortgage values or calculated results to a server or save them in a database, cookies or browser local storage. Values and results are held in the page while you use it.
Your browser may retain or restore form values through its own features. A schedule CSV is generated in your browser when you request a download. Once saved, the file is under your control; anyone with access to it may be able to read its contents.
Website requests and hosting
Your browser makes network requests to load pages and website assets. Cloudflare may process ordinary technical request information necessary to serve and secure the website, such as your IP address, request details, browser information and similar network and security data.
The calculator does not include your mortgage inputs in page URLs or website requests.
Domain and hosting infrastructure
Cloudflare provides domain registration and DNS infrastructure, along with website hosting and content delivery network (CDN) services through Cloudflare Pages, for KaynatWorks at kaynatworks.com.
Cookies, analytics and other services
The current application does not implement analytics, advertising, tracking cookies, email marketing, user accounts or a database. It does not set application cookies or use browser storage to persist calculator inputs. There is no contact form.
Email communications
If you contact contact@kaynatworks.com, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any attachments you send. We use this information to handle your inquiry and communicate with you. Zoho Mail provides our email service and processes these communications. Use example values for tool feedback and avoid sending mortgage statements, account numbers or other sensitive information.
External links
Some pages link to external resources, such as the mortgage planner’s CFPB reference. Following an external link takes you to a separate website with its own privacy practices. Your browser may send information with that request according to its settings.
Future changes
If analytics, advertising, accounts, additional contact services or other data-handling features are introduced, this policy will need to describe what information is collected, why it is used, who receives it, how long it is retained and any relevant choices. Hosting changes may also require updates. The date above identifies the latest revision.
